Office Executive/Personal Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Executive to help on day to day responsibilities and to serve as a Personal Assistant to the Notary. This position is integral to ensuring smooth operations in a professional environment, handling various tasks related to scheduling, communication, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the notary’s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Deadline Tracking: Monitor and follow up on project deadlines for team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Billing and appointments: Prepare and send billing/appointment emails to clients and follow up as necessary.



Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, email platforms).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks and also to work within a team.

Minimum of post-secondary qualifications and/or equivalent.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
